How the almanac is computed
The almanac layer takes the Xieji Bianfang Shu as its declared reference. Some of its data comes from the open-source project cnlunar and has not yet been checked line by line against the book; the app’s sources page says which parts. Named favourable and unfavourable items can be opened to see the steps that put them on the list and the posting rule that took them off again.
Different almanacs follow different source texts. Where this app differs from the one in your hand, that is expected — it takes the source it declares as its reference.
